I help businesses develop content that enhances learning and retention for face-to-face, virtual instructor-led, online self-paced and blended learning that change behaviors to meet client goals. 

I apply a variety of instructional design models such as ADDIE, Action Mapping, Kirkpatrick Model, Dick and Carey Model, and SAM to create training solutions. I am skilled in conducting needs analyses, curriculum development, developing assessments, and evaluating learning. I am adept at using various authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Captivate, and Camtasia to ensure that the strategic goals and training needs of my clients are met.
