Challenges:
Laboratory staff needed basic training on laboratory protocols.
Staff from across several centers for the same organization.
Solution:
Instructors led training for all the laboratory staff to introduce them to laboratory protocols.
The training involved the practical demonstration of methods.
Results:
Learners were able to follow the step by step process and had the opportunity to practice and get feedback from the instructor.
Protocols were standardized across all the centers.
Error rates across laboratories were reduced by more than 80%.
